Total Mail Converter is a most powerful yet simple utiltity that converts Outlook email files (.msg, .eml) to HTM, TXT, PDF, DOC, RTF. It can convert one email file or a batch of them in seconds. Now you can create ordered folders of your converted emails to be viewed in any internet browser or Microsoft Word. Deal with your emails outside your email client just as you deal with your normal txt or doc or rtf files. Using Total Mail Converter you may select the fields that you want to export: Sender, Recipient, Date, Subject, or Body. Attachments can be extracted if you convert emails to HTML format. Total Mail Converter integrates into Microsoft right-click menu. That means that you may select the file on your desktop and make a right-click on it. In the popup menu select Convert To option.
